In consideration of the acceptance of the right to participateentrantsparticipantand spectatorsby execution of this entry formrelease and discharge the EDC of ScioScio Twp and their officersdirectorsemployeesagentsrepresentativesand servantsand anyone else connected with management or presentation of the Jackson Road Cruise Car Show from any and all known or unknown damagesinjurieslossesjudgmentand/or claims from any cause whatsoever that may be suffered by any entrant to person or property. Furthereach entrant expressly agrees to indemnity all of the foregoing entitiesfirm persons and bodies of and from any and all liability occasioned resulting from the conduct of entrants or any participant assisting or cooperating with entrant and under the direction of control of entrant. Further I agree that any photos or videos of myself or my property as a result of this event may be used for promotion of this and future events.
