Showcase Your Business as a Vendor on June 12, 2023

This high foot traffic area will be filled with a creative blend of businesses and charities showcasing their companies and spreading the word for their cause. This hot spot will attract hundreds of spectators to this location.

Cost

  • Non-WWBA  businesses and organizations (10' x 10' spot)= $150 due at registration
  • West Washtenaw Business Association Members (10' x 10' spot)= $50 due at registration
  • Local Non-Profits and Charities (10' x 10' spot) = Free if available
  • Diesel & 8 Cylinder JRC Sponsors (10' x 10' spot) = Free if available

Guidelines for Registration Acceptance

  • Auto memorabilia will have first priority.
  • First come, first served basis to avoid conflicting companies.
  • No sales of merchandise with the Jackson Road Cruise Trademark.

Vendors Please Note

  • Vendors must arrive between 7 - 8 AM for set-up. Set-up should be complete by 8:30 AM.
  • Locations will be assigned on arrival unless otherwise specified.
  • Vendors will be assigned a parking space.
  • Vendors requiring more than default allotment (10 ft x 10 ft) will receive a discount. Ask for Details.
